Digital PDF Books
All digital PDF books are delivered electronically after successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
Once download access has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital PDF books. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their devices and software support PDF file formats before completing a purchase.
This policy applies to both local and international customers.
Physical (Printed) Books
Physical books are available only for local customers where delivery is supported. Physical books are not sold or shipped to international customers.
Refunds or replacements for physical books may be considered only if the item is received in a damaged or defective condition. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Books that are damaged after delivery, show signs of use, or are ordered with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
International Customers
International customers can purchase digital PDF books only. Physical books are not available for international shipping, and orders containing physical products from international locations will not be processed.
As digital products are non-refundable, international purchases are final once payment is completed.
Order Cancellations
Orders for digital PDF books cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed. Orders for physical books may only be cancelled if the request is made before the item has been shipped.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved for an eligible physical product, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for situations including, but not limited to:
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to review product descriptions
Incompatibility of digital files with the customer’s device
Delivery delays beyond our control
